Shipping Policy

  • Ecklund Motorsports of Appleton is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise that is delivered without a signature required.
  • All packages shipped within the USA are shipped Standard shipping, unless otherwise specified by customer
  • Standard shipping options are always either USPS, or UPS. If you prefer one or the other, please call ahead. Depending on which one you want to go with, there might be an extra charge for this specified service.
  • We offer 3 day, 2 day, and next day air service at an additional cost. Please call to ensure availability on orders requesting next day air service.
  • Orders requesting next day air service must be submitted by 12 p.m. CST.
  • P.O. Box address will be shipped out USPS.
  • Alaska and Hawaii packages cannot be shipped via 2 day or next day air service.
  • In some cases shipping rates are based on retail dollar amount purchased and/or product weight.

Ecklund Motorsports of Appleton does not ship internationally.


Returns are accepted within 14 days of product delivery for exchange, refund, repair or credit. ANY returned item that is approved to be sent back, is subject to a 20% restocking fee. **No returns accepted on electrical items.
For a return to be accepted the original tags must be attached and product must be in its original condition. Items should not have any pet hair or strong odors. The customer is responsible for shipping fees accrued in sending the original item back to Ecklund Motorsports of Appleton.

Returns and exchanges can be made at any one of our stores, or by mail. Please call our Outside Sales Department at 1 920-734-7134 if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online.
